Renewed Hope for Children and Teens, or REHOCT in acronym, is a non-profit, non-partisan, and nondenominational community-based organization (CBO) dedicated to supporting grieving and vulnerable
children and adolescents in rural communities of Magu District, Mwanza Region, in Tanzania.REHOCT was founded on January 6, 2026, by five committed young people. They are leaders driven by compassion, lived experience, and a shared mission to walk alongside children facing loss, poverty, and emotional hardship. Officially, it was registered on January 8, 2026, under the Magu District Council and awarded the registration certificate No. MDC/CBO/4850.
